Tai Chi is "meditation in motion" a martial arts practice that is now use primarily to maintain fitness, health, and emotional well being. Please wear comfortable clothes!

Make sure you wear comfortable clothes. 

All levels are welcome, but this will be aimed at beginners so no experience is necessary!

This Tai Chi practice will be yang-style for those who are familiar, but you do not need to be familiar to come!

The Arizona City Library is a welcoming environment where people connect with books and other resources for lifelong learning, information, and leisure to enrich their quality of life. It is a county-operated public library of Pinal County.

Free library cards are available to legal residents of Pinal County. Residents who are under 18 years of age must have their parents/guardians' permission to get a library card. The first library card is free; after that, there will be a replacement fee for lost or destroyed cards.
