To promote Health & Well-Being in Teens, ages 11-17, through Meditation and Hydroponics. Investigate plants in depth through Science, Technology, Art, and Math. As well as explore the art of Mindfulness through Meditation.
This program will run every 3rd Wednesday at 2:00pm from November 2023 to April 2024.
Registration is required due to limited supplies and seating.
