Musical couple Duo Ocotillo takes us away to other lands with their library-friendly musical program.
MLCC is proud to welcome Duo Ocotillo to the Amphitheater as we spend an evening traveling the world through music! Patrons are encouraged to bring their favorite concert-listening blankets and spread out on the North Lawn as Valley musicians Cindy & Robert Leger bring their library-favorite program to Maricopa. Seating will be available for attendees with disabilities, expectant parents, and seniors.

The Maricopa Library and Cultural Center was first conceived back in 1955, when local citizens discovered Library Extension had books to loan. Volunteer-led for nearly 5 decades, MLCC matured along with the city of Maricopa, opening a state of the art building in 2021. Offerings include material check outs, computer usage, passport services, print/copy services, reference, and programs galore led by a hardworking team of dedicated library professionals. There’s even a USPS-contracted postal unit within the library, making it an easy way to complete life’s errands. Fulfilling a critical need for gathering spaces within the city, nearly half of the MLCC is carved out for meeting rooms for community groups, clubs, and quiet study. There is something for every member of the family at the Maricopa Library and Cultural Center!
