The Vista Grande Library and Casa Grande Fire Department are proud to partner to offer a basic babysitter course this summer. This THREE DAY (May25th 9:00-2:30 p.m. May 26th 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. & May 27th 9:00 -11:30 a.m.) information packed class will cover what every babysitter needs to know to get started. You must be 11-17 years old and attend all three days of the class to get the completion certificate. Registration is required. Bring your own lunch and drinks. Social distancing will be practiced and space is limited. An email and phone number is required for registration.
The City of Casa Grande has two public library branches available to residents. Both boast several free programs and classes offered throughout the year. The Vista Grande Library includes a Makerspace area where classes in technology and crafts are offered on a regular basis. Other popular features include books, magazines, e-books, and developmental material, as well as public computers with internet access.
