About the branch

The San Manuel Library was started by local women in 1954 when the town was only one year old. Magma Copper Company donated a company house which they remodeled at company cost into the present library building. The library is operated by volunteers from the community and offers numerous programs and services, as well as a collection of books, music, and movies.

*Monday - Friday branch is closed 12 PM - 1 PM
