Color Our World Writing Contest Workshop
The San Tan Valley Library is excited to host our first -ever young writers workshop during our Summer Reading Program 2025. Using this National Writing Contest as a starting point, we hope to unleash the creative writer through a series of sessions that will focus on learning how to get the creativity flowing, organize your thoughts and ideas, and have a story ready for entry by the end of July. Along the way, you’ll meet others who enjoy the writing process, learn some tips and tricks to make the process easier and get some great feedback on your work. This program is exclusively for kids ages 8 - 12.
The San Tan Valley Library is a welcoming environment where people connect with books and other resources for lifelong learning, information, and leisure to enrich their quality of life. It opened in August 2021, and is the only county-operated public library in Pinal County.
