Come see Tall in the Saddle, the 1944 RKO Radio Pictures film based on the novel of the same name and then published as a serial in The Saturday Evening Post. It stars John Wayne as Rocklin, a ranch hand who arrives in town to start a new job only to discover his employer has been murdered and the locals don't seem too friendly.
This movie was not rated by the Motion Picture Association of America, but would classify as TV-14 for broadcast television.

The Maricopa Library and Cultural Center was first conceived back in 1955, when local citizens discovered Library Extension had books to loan. Volunteer-led for nearly 5 decades, MLCC matured along with the city of Maricopa, opening a state of the art building in 2021. Offerings include material check outs, computer usage, passport services, print/copy services, reference, and programs galore led by a hardworking team of dedicated library professionals. There’s even a USPS-contracted postal unit within the library, making it an easy way to complete life’s errands. Fulfilling a critical need for gathering spaces within the city, nearly half of the MLCC is carved out for meeting rooms for community groups, clubs, and quiet study. There is something for every member of the family at the Maricopa Library and Cultural Center!
