Reading Buddies: Bring your K-6 grade child in to read with a teen Reading Buddy at the Vista Grande Library!
You may sign your K-3 reader up for one or two 30-minute sessions between 4:00pm and 5:00pm on each Reading Buddy Thursday. Program begins February 8th and ends on May 2nd, 2024.
You must register for this event.
To register your K-3 grade child for Reading Buddies register at cglibrary.org. Once in the cglibrary.org website click on the Vista Grande Calendar on the left side of the screen. Go to February 8th, 2024, and then click on "Reading Buddies." Then click on "Register." You may also stop by the front desk and ask to sign your child up.
Teen Reader Volunteers please come to the front desk for an application.
More information will be emailed to you after you sign up.
Child readers must be Kindergarten through 3rd grade.
The City of Casa Grande has two public library branches available to residents. Both boast several free programs and classes offered throughout the year. The Vista Grande Library includes a Makerspace area where classes in technology and crafts are offered on a regular basis. Other popular features include books, magazines, e-books, and developmental material, as well as public computers with internet access.
